Fatemah B. Alsalman

Fatemah B. Alsalman is an associate research scientist in Food and Nutrition Department at Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research (KISR). She got her Masters and Ph.D. in Food Science from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. Dr. Alsalman has 13 years of experience in nutrition and food science research. Dr. Alsalman has 10 published papers she is the author of 1 book chapter. Dr. Alsalman focuses on research related to nutrition, food processing, food waste management, and product development. She is a member in Supreme Committee for Food Safety representing KISR.
